Angel Jibraeel (Gabrial)

Angel Jibraeel (Gabriel) is one of the most prominent and important angels in Islam. He is known as the messenger of Allah and played a significant role in revealing the Quran to Prophet Muhammad.

According to Islamic teachings, Jibraeel was created by Allah to serve as his messenger and to communicate his message to the prophets. He is considered to be the most trustworthy and reliable angel in Islam.

Jibraeel’s first encounter with humanity was with Prophet Adam when he descended to Earth to inform him about his responsibilities. He later appeared to Prophet Enoch and delivered him the message of Allah.

Angel Jibraeel played a crucial role in the revelation of the Quran to Prophet Muhammad. He descended to Earth on the Night of Power (Laylatul Qadr) and revealed the first verses of the Quran.

Throughout the life of Prophet Muhammad, Jibraeel continued to deliver messages and revelations from Allah, guiding the Prophet and the Muslim community towards righteousness.

Jibraeel’s other significant role in Islamic tradition is his involvement in the Day of Judgement. He will blow the trumpet to signal the end of the world and the start of the final judgement day.

In Islamic art and calligraphy, Angel Jibraeel is often depicted with a pair of wings and holding a scroll or a trumpet. He is revered and held in high esteem by Muslims worldwide for his significant contributions and role in spreading the message of Allah.
